Service Description

Space planning helps improve function and design while keeping local code compliance and budgets aligned. A new construction space planning session is where we use existing drawings a client has hired an architect to produce and add our expertise in sourcing materials to make edits that keep clients out of custom items. We add function and design, taking what the architect came up with and making it better! This service is designed for clients in the pre permitting new construction process with an architect or home builder/contractor. This service includes 3 hours of time but only includes 1 hour of consulting time normally conducted over Zoom. We are happy to recommend several excellent architects if you haven't already found a good fit. What you will receive: * 60 – 90 Minute Zoom Consultation * 2D/3D Detail of reformatted spaces * Cabinet Elevations (if applicable) Items to gather and send prior to your scheduled appointment: *Current architectural drawings or elevations (pdf) * List of Needs the current layout fails to address * Previous Edits and Elevations
