Prepare your home for market success with expert assistance in staging, decluttering, and organizing. We help you decide what to keep for staging, donate, or store, ensuring your property is presented without distractions to maximize buyer appeal and remove potential distractions before they arise. This service takes place in 2 phases. During your first consultation our experts will collaborate with you to determine and tag items that need to stay in order to keep your family comfortable during transition, and what items will be removed for donation or temporary storage. Between consultations the client is responsible for removing items tagged for removal and storage. Upon our return visit we will move furniture and stage each room for listing photos. There may be supplenetal items that need to be purchased to brighten the spaces. Clients should budget for this separately. We are happy to recommend several excellent moving and storage companies if you haven't already found a good fit. We also highly recommend you hire a qualified person to deep clean your home between the 2 consultations. This is a great time to have your carpets cleaned. We can manage the removal of the items and the organization of your home and closets as an additional service. What you will receive: * 30 Minute on site consultation * 90 Minute on site Evaluation of items and tagging for removal, donation or staging * 90 – 120 Minute Return Visit for Staging Items to gather and send prior to your scheduled appointment: * New Client Information Form * Short videos and pictures of the space(s) you plan to reformat * A list of needs and wants for the space as well as anything you see as a limitation in the space.
