At this point you the client will first look at the detail and make any suggestions for changes you would like. Once the detail is approved, we will begin working on the corresponding budget and share it through google sheets link. The scope design and budget weave in and out of one another until the process is complete and this process can take time. The budget can also be broken into phases to minimize impact on the client’s life but maximize efficiency and funds. A complete pre construction project means that you have a final scope of work with associated budget including instructions and links to the sourced materials you’ve chosen, with cabinet elevations to take to your contractor and builder for confirmation.
